Your listing remains live for the full 12-month annual period. You'll receive an email reminder two weeks before it expires, giving you the option to renew.
Would you like more exposure for an existing listing? Contact us and we will explain the available upgrade options.
No. Zero commission. You keep 100% of your sale proceeds. Our flat-fee model means the only cost is the annual listing fee you paid upfront — there are no success fees or hidden charges.
No — buyers can send you an enquiry directly through the contact form on your listing without creating an account. This removes friction and means you receive more genuine enquiries.
Confidential mode hides your business name and exact address in the public listing. Buyers can see that the business is for sale and contact you through the enquiry form, but your full details are only shared once you choose to respond. This is useful if you don't want staff or suppliers to know the business is on the market.
Basic is a website listing only and does not include a managed social campaign. Standard and Featured include a promotion campaign run by our team in our 9,000+ member Facebook community and the other channels listed for each package — the comparison table shows exactly which channels and how often. Posts link interested buyers back to your full advert; you don’t need to do anything.
Your campaign begins after your listing has been checked and approved for publication. Nothing is posted about your business before then.
Promotion ends when your package’s campaign period is complete. It stops earlier if your listing is sold, withdrawn or expires.
Where a package includes promotion in selected external Facebook groups, every post is subject to that group’s own rules and administrator approval, so placement in any particular group cannot be guaranteed.
Standard and Featured sellers can see listing statistics in their seller account, to the extent currently supported by the platform. The comparison table shows what each package includes.
Click “List your business”, choose your plan and create or sign in to your seller account. Complete the listing form and payment, then submit your listing for review. We will email you when it has been published or if any information needs updating.
Yes — you can update your listing at any time through your seller dashboard. You can change photos, descriptions, pricing and financial details. Material changes may be reviewed before they appear publicly to help keep the marketplace accurate and trustworthy.
